United States Patent Office Issues U.S. Design Patent for Popular Mobile Phone Holder.
The United States Patent & Trademark Office on September 23, 2014 issued a design patent for a popular mobile phone holder. The mobile phone holder, usually called Neo Grab, has been making waves in the United States because of its unique design and ease of use. Unlike other mobile phone holders, most of which require the use of two hands in order to be operated seamlessly, Neo Grab can be used with one hand, an advantage for drivers who need to position the other hand on the steering wheel. Neo Grab was invented by Jon Chul Kim, a native of Suwon, Korea.
The design patent application was prosecuted to issuance by Akins Doherty, a patent attorney at The Doherty Law Firm.
